Club Marine
Club Marine has been Australia’s number one provider of boat insurance for more than 40 years. In addition to providing information, services and support to its members, Club Marine also produces a leading marine lifestyle magazine, Club Marine. The partnership between Club Marine and Coastcare contributes to the sustainability of Australian marine life and raises awareness of issues pertaining to threatened and endangered marine species.
Club Marine provides direct financial support to five Coastcare Groups working to restore habitats and protect endangered species and vulnerable locations around Australia – namely the Ningaloo Reef Turtle Program, Australian Seabird Rescue, Dolphin Research Institute, Ghost Nets Project (Gulf of Carpentaria) and Murray River Fish. Club Marine also provides insurance cover for the boats that are involved in delivering the projects and Club Marine magazine follows the work of the groups allowing readers entry into a world of remarkable challenges, personalities, triumphs and fascinating creatures.
